  • Omega-3, omega-6 fatty acids and oleic, stearidonic, gamma linolenic acids

Tips to Achieve the Best Results

First it is for external and internal use. Either you are going to apply it on your hair or you can also consume it and enjoy its wide range of health benefits.

4 Different Ways of Application

  1. Put a few drops of the oil into your conditioner. This is probably the most convenient way. For many it is easier to incorporate some changes into their routine. This way you give your hair extra hydration.
  2. Apply a small amount into towel-dried hair after washing them. Only to the lengths and ends. This will moisturize your hair and discipline those naughty curls.
  3. Add a few drops into the bowl of warm water then apply on your hair. Wrap your hair into a warm towel in order to achieve even better results. Leave it for about 30 minutes then wash with shampoo and apply conditioner as you are used to.
  4. If you are suffering from dry and itchy scalp massage a few drops into it and leave it overnight. Wash your hair the next morning.
